Hockey Skills Improvement Group Lessons
Where: Winding River Skating Center
When: Friday nights, (7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/10, 8/17 & 8/24) from 6pm-8pm.
Goal: To help develop players skills, and keep them fresh throughout the summer months in order to prepare for the upcoming season.
What Is Included: 1 hour and 15 minutes on ice session, 30 minute dry-land shooting session. Shooting session will include weighted pucks, and shootings pads. All players enrolled will receive a jersey and matching pair of socks. A minimum of 4 coaches will be present each session.
Cost: $325 per player. 20% off for multiple siblings enrolled. Walk-ins welcome at a rate of $70 per day rate.

Ryan Swain
Ryan is a long time Toms River Blackhawk. Playing many seasons under hockey director Ken Yasenchock. After his U16 years, Ryan moved on to play for the New Jersey Rockets Junior Program. 2 years in the Rockets program, then moved to play for the Kirkland Lake Goldminers of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League, and the Northern Cyclones of the Eastern Hockey League. Ryan, a native of Jackson, New Jersey is now playing and attending Neumann University, an NCAA DIII ice hockey program.
What is Swain’s Hockey Skills & Development?
This business created by Ryan is designed to improve players at any age, and skill level. Repetition, and skill work will be done in all camps, clinics, and camps. The most important part of these sessions, is understanding what is being taught. Please reach out to inquire about any private lessons, group lesson work, or camps.
